Very quick service, no waiting in the room for 15 minutes alone like most places. Did a great job explaining what they were doing, and what I needed to do to improve the health of my teeth. Very personable service. Will be going back!
Coming from a mother who has a young son on the autism spectrum, dentist office visits are something we specifically 'dread' going to. This was our first time at Mineral Point Family, and although we walked through those doors feeling apprehensive, as any other time we've taken our son to the dentist, we walked out with not only huge, happy, clean smiles, but our son saying to me, "This was the best day of my life!" Their staff were all beyond patient, nurturing, and understanding to our unique situation, but also sculpted and adapted to suit our son and his needs in the most loving fashion that day. HIGHLY recommend! Fantastic facility!
I recently switched to MP Family Dentistry and after having my first cleaning as well as a crown put in, I can say that it was the best decision I have made and I'm 100% happy with the superior service and professional and friendly employees. They made me feel welcome the minute I walked in the door. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
