Avoid this hotel!!! I have to give this hotel 0 Stars. Was there over labor day weekend. About 2:45 AM on Saturday evening there was a loud sound of what appeared to be running water. We were woke from our sleep by this sound. Nothing was running in our room and could not figure out where the sound was coming from. Got the person at the front desk to come up, he could not figure it out. Tried to knock on room below to see if they were running water or something, got no answer. Said if it doesn't stop in 10 minutes to let him know. It did eventually stop around 3:30 AM. Had asked if we could be moved to a room to sleep in, they were full and no where to go. Asked about an accommodation to our charges because of a middle of the night situation, he said would ask the manager. I spoke to the assistant manager next day and said, sorry, nothing we could do, we are full. They could not answer as to where the noise was coming from or anything, They had the attitude of you just need to deal with it. Also, wi-fi connection was terrible. Also, no towels in the pool. While everything else was nice, the customer service and attitude towards the customer was terrible.
Average at best. Could be better but staff doesnt seem to care as much as other places i have stayed
Rooms were spacious and modernly decorated with pleasant fixtures and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and the wifi was the standard disappointing fair of hotels. Continental breakfast was spare, but hardly the most impoverished I've seen. Overall a pleasant hotel and we are likely to stay there again.
Clean large rooms.... April at the Front Desk and Eva in the Breakfast room are very friendly and helpful... Recently remodeled... One warning for low mobility travelers is to make sure you get a ground floor room since there really is not an elevator for the second floor.
Nice, clean, and spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. Easy parking. Helpful staff. Breakfast is standard but still tasty.
